What's there to say about granny? The real question, is what's NOT to say about granny? She was a remarkable woman in so many ways. I never met anyone with so much crass and love all at the same time. She was, what i would like for more people to be today, is be honest and real with herself and those around her. Around the time of her passing, i know that she knew that her time was coming and there was nothing we can do about it. she understood what life is about and that death was also a part of that. she did not fear that and accepted it in her heart. She knew that she will leave the world of the flesh behind without any remorse, regret or grudges. She left here a peaceful person and got to share her last days with the ones that mattered most to her .... her daughter and two granddaughters. =) And from those people, I can see a little bit of Granny in each of them. And the one thing that they all share is the love she had. I miss you and am very happy to have been a part of your life, Granny!! Thank you for being there whenever any of us needed you the most! I have so many fond memories of Aunt Doris. Growing up I always thought of her as the "cool" aunt because she was always laughing and telling dirty jokes and didn't care if we joined her for a "drink." I smile everytime I think of her. She was always fun to be around. I'm sorry she isn't with us anymore but I'm sure she is continuing to make others smile. She is a true angel! Thank you Aunt Doris for spreading so much joy! Close

It has been nearly a year that I lost my mom and friend,theres a void in my heart and in my life with out her,she left two grand daughters marcella and melissa that she was so proud of and loved with all her heart,she left behind three sisters and two brothers also,she loved her family so much,My mom was the world to me,she will always be missed by us all,mom i love you,may you rest in peace and one day we will meet again,i am doing well and so is the family,we talk about you still,and we miss you terrible,but we all know where you are is peaceful and beautiful,and your not suffering any longer,love you momma,your daughter angela jane harski Close
